This is the second Tech Wave not on Tiree; exploring the western edge of Wales.

Penparcau is a small community on the southern fringes of Aberystwyth.  The event will be hosted in The Hub, a community building that is the heart of the area.  However, as well as old and new housing, Penparcau includes an iron age hill fort (Pen Dinas) and the site of an old toll house that was rested to St Fagan’s folk museum in the 1960s.  The connection between past and future, local and global was be at the centre of this event.
